Dear Customers, H&K Photo Video Audio always working to happy our customers. Please follow the terms and conditions before buying our products and service. When you purchasing products from our website that means you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.

Before place your order please contact to know about stock availability. The price of any product and the product is available or not depends entirely on the stock of the product. If any product is not available then H&K Photo Video Audio will notify you as soon as possible and suggest similar or alternative product.

The price of any product on our website may change without any notification or message. We are trying our best to keep the prices of our site accurate but prices may change over time. In this case you will be informed before sending the order for delivery and you can take or cancel the order if you want. H&K Photo Video Audio reserves the right to discontinue, change or modify any service or offer or delivery at any time. H&K Photo Video Audio will not be responsible for these changes to you or anyone else. We reserve the right to limit or cancel the number of products in any order, pre-order that is placed by you.

Basically warranties provide by the manufacturer company. That means the warranty service of the product sold is mainly carried by the parent company of the specific brand. Every company has their own warranty policy. Some products are under warranty and some products are warranty not coverage.  Warranties are not provided on all products. Warranty is valid only for those products for which the parent company has declared a warranty period.

We’re working to make your every purchase and every products accurate and genuine. We're also following the Bangladesh government rules and regulation for e-commerce business.

RETURN and REFUND Policy of H&K Photo Video Audio

1.       When a customer is buying the products from our store, please make sure to check the products properly in front of our sellers. Further no any change/exchange, return or refund will not acceptable.   

2.       Before place your order please read products name, description and specification properly. Without confirm the products details or only seeing the products photos please don’t submit your order in our website. Products picture is just a sample for understand.

3.       If there is a manufacturing fault or does not work after receiving the product then please inform us within 24 hours. After 24 hours your any type of claims will not acceptable.

4.       In case of missing product or different issues, you must check the product in front of the delivery man or you must record the unboxing video. Without any unboxing video we are not accept your claim.

5. If customer wants to change the defective product through our delivery service, then a charge Of TK. 200/- has to be paid as a replacement charge for outside Dhaka city and inside Dhaka city this charge will be Tk. 100/- but after we receiving the product is found broken, burnt or not resalable then the buyer has to bear the full responsibility of the product.
6. For specific reason if products return to me then refund time will be 3 to 10 working days and for online purchase, the procedure may take longer to execute.
7. We are requesting to don't receive the product from courier service if the package found broken or damaged. If the customer receives courier damaged product then he/she have to take his/her own liability and any kind of complaint won't be acceptable.

Returns/Refunds /Exchanges/Warranties will not Applicable:

·         If the item is not in resalable conditions

·         If products physical damage or burn items

·         If products is under Clearance sale items

·         Any accessories battery charger or adapter

·         Refund time will applicable more than 10 days

·         Refund charge will be applicable BDT-Tk. 100-200

·         If the seal or sticker of the product's intact is removed

·         When purchase from shop, you must check in front of salesman

Shipping & Delivery Policy of H&K Photo Video Audio

Before place your order please contact to know about stock availability. Shipping charge applicable for home delivery and courier service.

Inside Dhaka city cash on delivery is available for maximum value of amount Tk. 10,000/- (ten thousand taka) and after then you have to advance pay (full payment or partial payment) via mobile banking or bank deposit. Delivery time 01-04 working days. Also we provide same day delivery in Dhaka city if you place the order before 12.00PM.

Outside Dhaka city cash on delivery is available for maximum value of amount Tk. 5,000/- (five thousand taka) and after then you have to advance pay (full payment or partial payment) via mobile banking or bank deposit. If the value of amount less than Tk. 5,000/- then customer pay the shipping charge only. Delivery time 01-07 working days.

In that case, without any reason if you are don’t accept the products then you will not get your partial payment but If you face any problems for products then we will compromise with you for money refund or any other solution. Shipping charges will be calculate base on the number of items, item type, weight and delivery location.
