1. When a customer is buying the products from our store, please make sure to check the products properly in front of our sellers. Further no change/exchange, return or refund will not acceptable.
2. Before placing your order please read the product's name, description, and specification properly. Without confirming the details of the product or only seeing the photos of the products please don’t submit your order on our website. The products picture is just a sample for understanding.
3. If there is a manufacturing fault or does not work after receiving the product then please inform us within 24 hours. After 24 hours any type of claim will not acceptable.
4. In case of missing product or different issues, you must check the product in front of the delivery man or you must record the unboxing video. Without any unboxing video, we do not accept your claim.
5. If the customer wants to change the defective product through our delivery service, then a charge Of TK. 200/- has to be paid as a replacement charge for outside Dhaka city and inside Dhaka city, this charge will be Tk. 100/- but after we receive the product is found broken, burnt, or not resalable then the buyer has to bear the full responsibility of the product.
6. For specific reasons if products return to me then refund time will be 3 to 10 working days and for online purchase, the procedure may take longer to execute.
7. We are requesting to don't receive the product from the courier service if the package is found broken or damaged. If the customer receives courier damaged product then he/she have to take his/her own liability and any kind of complaint won't be acceptable.

•If products are under Clearance sale items
•Any accessories battery charger or adapter
•Refund time will apply more than 10 days
•Refund charge will be applicable BDT-Tk. 100-200
•If the seal or sticker of the products intact is removed
